Avacyn is the archangel of Innistrad in Magic: The Gathering, a divine protector created to shield humanity from the vampires, werewolves, and demons of the plane.

The archangel soars with massive layered wings spread wide, one arm thrusting a long spear with an ornate crescent head skyward. She wears filigree-etched plate armor over her chest, arms, and legs, a flowing battle skirt, and a tattered cloak, her long hair swept back with a fierce gaze. A massive chain is coiled around the rocky outcrop beneath her feet, and the base is a ring of broken stone.
