Karlach is a tiefling barbarian companion in Baldur's Gate 3, a veteran of the Blood War with a literal heart of fire and an irrepressible zest for life despite her doomed engine.

The tiefling barbarian raises a clenched fist beside her grin, horns sweeping back from her wild mane, her tail curling behind. Strapped leather plates and studded belts ride her powerful frame, wrappings bound up one forearm, her other hand wrapping the haft of a massive axe planted head-down. The base is a torn metal hull split by a glowing molten fissure under her boots.
