The Plague is a custom character from Baldur's Gate 3, a unique design inspired by the game's themes of disease and dark magic in the Forgotten Realms.

The blind priestess walks barefoot among guttering candles, a chained censer lantern swinging from one skeletal hand, the other raised with fingers splayed. A vast filigree headdress veils her sealed eyes, tattered ceremonial drapes banded with ornate trim over her withered frame. The base is a round disc strewn with a skeleton, skulls, and stubbed candles.
