Richter Belmont is a vampire hunter from Castlevania, the wielder of the legendary Vampire Killer whip who battles Dracula and his dark army across generations.
The hunter vaults onto a gilded throne, whip cracking in a great overhead arc from his gloved fist. His belted coat flies open over a crossed bandolier, candelabra and bat-winged crests flanking him as a skull and open tomes pile below. The base is a throne dais heaped with books and dripping candles.
