The Plague is a custom character from Baldur's Gate 3, an original design inspired by the dark fantasy themes of the Forgotten Realms.
The plague priestess strides among the fallen, a chained censer lantern swinging from one skeletal hand. A beaked headdress veils her sealed eyes above layered ceremonial drapes banded with ornate trim, her withered frame trailing a hem of tattered fabric. The base is a round disc littered with a skeleton, bones, and guttering candles.
